Our executive Chef Fredy Umanzor knew years ago as a Sous chef that sharing his gift of cooking was his calling in life. He has experienced over twenty-five years of “hands-on training” with some of the most elite chefs in New Jersey and is now an expert at his culinary art. Chef Fredy’s renowned skills have been acclaimed in the New York Times, The Star Ledger and recognized in ZAGAT. Recently, Chef Fredy, along with Nestor Bedoya became owners and together have renovated the already stunning dining room of Chef Fredy's Table in to an inviting setting to create a casual, yet sophisticated ambiance.
